We offer Yoga that is accessible, available and appropriate for everyone.

Yoga Investment Options

One-Time First-Time Class $5

​Our MindBody software keeps track of all purchases and passes used. Classes are closed online 15 minutes before class time. You are welcome to sign up on the day of at the studio. We would love to have YOU! Class packages are good for 6 months from date of purchase. 

Class descriptions

Gentle/Relaxing Yoga 
Come relax, rejuvenate, stretch and strengthen with our relaxing/gentle yoga class. Gentle yoga is designed for all levels, but is especially wonderful if you are looking for a slower paced class or if you are new to yoga. This class has a beginners mindset and will review basics of yoga postures, breathing and alignment.
Slow Flow

Slow Flow classes provide poses that range from gentle to challenging, but done with stable, self-centering energy.  The pace of these classes is understandably slower and emphasis is placed on safe alignment and the maintaining balance of the slow breathing. 
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow is a beautiful practice that allows for movement synchronized with breath via smooth transitions from one posture (asana) to the next. All levels are welcome to join.
Heated Vinyasa Flow
Heated Vinyasa Yoga is a fast paced vinyasa flow with some added warmth! You won't want to miss this action infused workout! All levels are welcome to join.
New to Yoga?!​ 
 Here is what you can expect when you come visit us...
  • Classes last for approximately 1 hour
  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to sign the release form, make appropriate payments and get yourself situated in the yoga room
  • Wear comfortable form fitted clothing (nothing that will expose certain areas when bending over, in downward dog etc.)
  • Bring a Yoga mat or borrow one from the studio 
  • Bring a refreshing water for after practice
  • Plan to take off shoes before entering the yoga space
  • During our yoga practice, remember to observe silence once practice has started
  • Keep your cell phones put away and silenced
  • Smile, Breathe and THANK YOURSELF for taking time for YOU​
