Kelley Gillaspy, BS, RYT200
Kelley has been practicing yoga since 2008. Kelley’s love of yoga started when she was feeling overwhelmed and lost with all of life's everyday pressures. As a busy business professional and mother; she had a deep love for fitness and running, but knew there was something more that was missing. After her first yoga experience, she realized she found exactly what she needed to relax, rejuvenate and to feel loved and connected to herself and others. Since discovering yoga, she has been in the best mental, physical and spiritual shape of her life and continues to grow every day. Kelley has chosen to share her love of yoga with others through teaching. “I want everyone to experience the loving, nurturing feeling of yoga. Yoga is about connecting the mind, body and spirit through movement, love and deep connection with yourself and others. Being able to share my passion with others is my true calling and a wonderful gift.” Kelley’s classes focus on self love and self care through relaxing, meditative yoga. Kelley completed her 200 hour teacher training at Cityoga School of Health and Wellness in Indianapolis with Dave Sims, Marsha Pappas and Nikki Myers. She also holds a bachelors degree in public health and has worked in healthcare administration since 2002, currently working full-time at Purdue Healthcare Advisors in a consulting capacity. Kelley is passionate about health, wellness and self care and looks forward sharing in this journey with her friends, family and students.

Sarah Gerth, BS, RYT200
Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2014. Sarah's love for yoga began when she started down a path to improving her health. She started practicing yoga at home through the help of the internet and DVD's. She finally took a class at Project You and her love of yoga truly blossomed. She began reading everything yoga related and really immersing herself in her yoga practice. She moved from just performing the asanas to going within her body where she felt the true benefits of yoga. Toga has taught her how to better handle stress, anxiety, grief, and other life challenges, Sarah completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at CITYOGA School of Yoga and Health in Indianapolis with Dave Sims and Marsha Pappas in July of 2019. Sarah's classes focus on self-love and on relaxing the body and the mind through restorative, slow flow, and vinyasa style classes. Sarah is excited to share her love of yoga with her students and show them what a life changer it can be.

Leslie Kiel, RYT200
Hi! I’m Leslie, and I am so excited to join Project You and facilitate the strength training, stress relief, and sense of well-being yoga has to offer! I originally found yoga as an exercise to accompany running and other workout regimens, but I quickly fell in love with the peace of mind I always seemed to float away with after a class. After a few years, I began to appreciate that with the steady practice of yoga, a sense of calm and strength is possible in even life’s most challenging circumstances. I decided that in addition to teaching language arts to middle schoolers, I wanted to explore teaching yoga to all ages! I studied under Marsha Pappas and Dave Sims at Cityoga in Indianapolis and received my RYT 200 in 2018. I currently teach at Uptown Yoga in Columbus and enjoy practicing both heated vinyasa and gentle yoga. I approach practicing yoga with the same eager curiosity I bring to the rest of my life, and I am so excited to join the staff at Project You to bring the Seymour community all the benefits of yoga. I’m the mother of three incredible children, Nolan, Penelope, and Mila, who remind me daily to seek joy, and I’m married to an amazing man, Justin, who teaches me as much about strength and steadiness as yoga does!
